Mental Health Breaks
As a postnatal doula I love supporting mums in their own homes. My Mental Health breaks for mums are very similar to postnatal doulaing. Except you are able to book me ad hoc, subject to availability. It is simply me supporting you in your own home to have a break.
This could be that I take care of your child whilst you have some down time. Or if you'd like to go out and do something for yourself, I am very happy to stay in your home with your child. Alternatively some of the time could also be used for us to just have a chat through anything you're struggling with, similar to my TalkWalks.
This service is not limited to babies and I am very experienced with both babies and older children from doulaing and past jobs as a nanny and Ofsted registered childminder.
